Aileen Ojano

Aileen T. Ojano, 63, of Hilo died March 28, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. Born April 8, 1949, in Hilo, she was an insurance agent and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo.

Friends may call at 1 p.m. April 7 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 3 p.m. service. Friends may also call at 9 a.m. April 8 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial is at Homelani Memorial Park (Ilima Section). Family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.

She is survived by husband, Donn Ojano Sr. of Hilo; daughters, Stacy (Mary Adkins) Ojano and Natasha (Daryl, Jr.) Ke, both of Hilo; son, Donn (Melveen Kamau) Ojano Jr. of Hilo; brothers, Clyde (Jan Mahuna) Matsunaga and Melvin (Lois Nishida) Matsunaga, both of Hilo; sister, Elaine (Harold) Oba of Hilo; two grandchildren; one uncle; one aunt; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
